Fashion Photography: 'The Act of Getting Dressed'

This photoshoot was for my zine called 'The Act of Getting Dressed' within my self-curated publication 'Crunch'. The shoot explores the theme of identity within fashion metaphorically. Investigating four different energies found in styling, how individual clothing choices can be based on the way they move energetically, and how this transforms into a dress and our surrounding environment.

The photos begin with energy 'Warm' - 'Moves with quiet confidence, slowly, are considerate and finds it hard to let go.'

Second is 'Fierce' - 'Moves with purpose, intention, are unafraid and a force to be reckoned with.'

Third, we have 'Bright' - 'Moves with fresh ideas, brightness, are effortless and go towards the new.'

The last energy explored is 'Bold' - 'Moves with independence, a sense of structure, sophistication and are direct in their decisions.'
